Cara has guided me through being someone who used to train for the hell of it, to someone who trains with intention and passion. I could’ve never achieved the levels that I’ve achieved without her. Especially everything to do with competing in bodybuilding shows, including prep and navigating show day. She’s a wealth of knowledge and really cares for her clients.

I started working with Cara four years ago after being hospitalised for an eating disorder I’d battled since I was 16. From our first meeting, something clicked. Training with her helped me rediscover confidence, fall in love with the process, and completely shift my mindset. In 2023, I competed in my first bodybuilding show, and with Cara by my side, I’ve found a passion I want to dedicate myself to. Her guidance, kindness, and inspiration continue to shape my journey as we work toward stepping on the IFBB Wellness stage. I’ll always be grateful she sparked this fire in me.

Having Cara as my coach has been life-changing. In my 60s, after battling long COVID and feeling unmotivated, she helped me regain my strength, refine my technique, and achieve a long-held dream—competing (and winning gold) in a bodybuilding competition. Cara’s expertise, passion, and supportive approach make every session both effective and enjoyable.

  • What’s the difference between each coaching tier?
    Each tier offers different levels of support, check-in frequency, and communication. All tiers include personalised training and nutrition. Foundation coaching includes fortnightly check ins, signature includes weekly check ins, and Elite coaching is for competitive athletes in and off season with weekly check-ins, video feedback, posing support, and FaceTime/Zoom calls.
  • How do check-ins work?
    Check-ins are completed through a structured form that includes progress photos, tape measurements, weight trends, training videos, and a Q&A section. You’ll receive a personalised video response from me with feedback, coaching adjustments, and answers to any questions.
  • Is this coaching suitable for beginners?
    To join my team you must have at least 6+ months of training experience. I’m not the coach for everyone, I work best and collaborate with those who have some experience and have long term goals in sight.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    If it’s the right tool for the right time and individual, absolutely. I preach flexibility and accountability and these plans reflect that. However, I will also give you the tools to not stay on them forever.
  • Do I need access to a gym?
    Yes - my team are those who thrive off the versatility and tools a gym has to offer. However, during times of injury, sickness, travelling etc; modified programs will be made to suit the environment.
  • What kind of support do I get during the week?
    Depending on your tier, you’ll have ongoing access to me via messaging (through the app or direct contact), with faster response times and deeper support at the higher levels.
  • How long is the commitment?
    There’s a minimum 12-week commitment to ensure meaningful progress, but a majority of my team are long term clients who surpass 12 weeks.
  • Do you coach competition prep clients?
    Yes! My Premium/Comp tier is specifically designed for those prepping for stage, with weekly posing feedback and fortnightly face-to-face check-ins.
  • Can I pause or cancel my coaching?
    Yes, with notice. Life happens, and flexibility is important. You can pause coaching with prior communication, or cancel after your initial commitment period.
